After the treatment ends, clients can resume most activities and daily responsibilities immediately with the exception of heavy lifting.

While there are benefits from oral supplementation, it is not nearly as effective as injectable supplementation, and several nutrients simply cannot be absorbed orally. As the pills pass through the digestive system, they are broken down and have a lower absorption rate. By the time your body has processed the supplements, you may have only absorbed half of the dose.
